Having our deep friendship aside, I can say without any bias that having Aeshley as a former classmate of mine was one of the best moments I had in my (senior) high school year. She was one of the people with great communication skills, she wasn’t officially a class representative at that time but she contributed to carrying the class with her confidence, warmth and natural ability to lead; her aura shined bright, and all of us loved her. And I can say that these qualities make her a perfect fit for her position. Aeshley is such a friendly person, she is approachable, positive, creative, and gets along so easily with others. Personally, Aeshley’s leadership has helped me grow and develop a lot, especially with my overall well-being, and ‘til to this day, I still look up to people like her— a leader and a friend who inspires, supports, and brings out the best in others. And I do not doubt that she will bring the same energy and dedication to her council position, the team won’t even regret having her.

I have witnessed Aeshley's leadership abilities on multiple times, and I have always been amazed by the way she manages group works. I think she would be an excellent fit for the position since she is responsible, well-organized, has excellent communication skills, is flexible, pays attention to what she does, and works well with others. Her leadership style undoubtedly helped in my own development since I've picked up a lot of useful habits from seeing her perform her duties. She is someone who makes time to carry out her duties effectively and ensure that everything is in order, even when she has a hectic schedule or heavy workload. Most importantly, her encouragement and positive attitude have inspired me to believe in my abilities.
