Character References
I met Saw during our first year of college, and from the very beginning, she has always been someone who looks out for others. I remember how she would always approach me to check if I had accomplished our tasks, and she never hesitated to offer help whenever I needed it. Saw is naturally jolly, helpful, and loving, qualities that make her not just a great friend but also an exceptional student leader. When we became RLE groupmates in our first semester of second year, I got to know her even more. She is that person I can always lean on, someone who never quits or holds back, no matter how exhausted she may be. She manages her time and responsibilities so well, balancing everything with grace and determination. I truly believe that Saw is one of the best people I know. She was born to lead, and in fact, she has made our nursing journey so much easier just by being who she is. As a leader, she seems almost too good to be true, always leading with both heart and capability. I have no doubt that she will excel in any leadership role, handling challenges with strength and dedication.
During Lara’s term as a junior staff under my office in 2023 (Office of the Chairperson), she proved to be not only proactive but also a dedicated and highly dependable member of the council. She consistently demonstrated strong leadership potential, commitment on all council works/events, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Lara’s initiative in identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions greatly contributed to the efficiency of our office and the council. Lara’s professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork were evident in her ability to handle responsibilities ranging from administrative tasks to handling events and interdepartmental coordination. Her ability to balance academic work with leadership responsibilities speaks to her commitment and time management skills. Now, as she runs as a Governor of the CSC-SNAMS—I have no doubt that her leadership and dedication to student welfare will make a meaningful impact. As I watched her personal and professional growth, I have witnessed how she developed to become a capable leader who is deeply committed to serving the students. Indeed, she possesses the vision and passion needed to represent and advocate for the student body effectively.
